• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address via our backend authentication provider (Supabase) to secure your account.
• Chat & Media Data: To deliver your messages, we securely process and store your chat conversations, direct messages, and any media or audio recordings you transmit through the app.
• Device & Presence Data: We map your online/offline status (presence data) to let other users know when you are available.
• Location Data: We do not monitor or track your real-time GPS location. We only store the base location that you voluntarily declare within your profile.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly to operate and maintain the app, specifically to:

• Authenticate your identity and secure your profile.
• Deliver real-time messages and media communications between users.
• Monitor and fix technical errors, crashes, or service disruptions.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your privacy is our priority. We handle your data according to strict security protocols:

• Infrastructure: Your account data and chat messages are securely hosted and managed using Supabase infrastructure.
• Retention: We retain your personal information only for as long as your account remains active or as required to provide you with our chat services.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We utilize trusted external infrastructure providers solely to run and monitor the application:

• Supabase: Used for secure database hosting, account authentication, and data storage.
• Firebase: Used to securely deliver push notifications to your mobile device.
• Sentry / Error Reporting: Used to collect anonymized crash reports and technical logs so we can fix app diagnostics. No messaging content or personal data is transmitted to these logs.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or permanently delete your account and associated messaging history. You can perform these actions directly within the app or by contacting us.
