Welcome to Stukado. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Stukado mobile application. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Stukado grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive revocable license to use this app for personal, non-commercial testing purposes. You agree not to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the application code.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Stukado. By continuing, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Treat others with respect. You are strictly prohibited from posting, sharing, or transmitting abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or hateful content. We reserve the right to immediately and permanently ban any user who violates these standards.
Stukado is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Because this is a testing release, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages, online disputes, or real-world interactions resulting from your use of the app.

If you do not accept these Terms of Service, your account will remain inactive. Any data provided prior to acceptance will not be processed for app functionality and will be permanently deleted from our servers.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page or through an in-app notification when appropriate.
